Dance Styles

Happy People

I took up Salsa as a hobby when my children grew. I started as an optimistic beginner with poor coordination and a sudden inability to recognise right from left. Learning was great fun, with lots of laughter. Everyone at Club Salsa encouraged me to master the basic steps and before long I could follow a lead and I danced all night at my first social event. Salsa music is irresistible, the rhythm, the beat, and the latin excitement compels me to wear something sequinned and step onto to the dance floor.
